Career Goal And Plan
I am particularly interested in working with children with special needs and to support them in developing the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive environment where every child can learn and grow, regardless of their abilities or needs. Through my work, i hope to make a positive difference in the lives of these children and their families, and to contribute to the development of best practices in special education.

I strongly believe in this philosophy and I am committed to finding creative and individualized approaches to teach and support every child in my care.
To achieve my career goals, I plan to pursue additional education and training in this area, including attending workshops and conferences to stay up to date on the latest research and practices. I also plan to gain relevant work experience, through various volunteer works, to build my skills and knowledge in the field. I will network with professionals in the field, including seeking mentorship, to learn from their experiences and gain insight into the industry.
I recognize the importance of practicing my sign language skills regularly, as language skills need continuous practice to maintain proficiency. Additionaly, I will seek out opportunities to learn new skills and increase my value as a special child care worker, such as through training in game therapy or Pastel Nagomi Art. By developing a diverse skill set, I hopt to be better equipped to support the needs of the children in my care and advance my career.
