Workplace in the future

During my internship in a kindergarten as a teacher, I gained valuable experience and developed key skills that will benefit me in my future career as a special child care worker.

One of the most important things I learned was the value of patience and flexibility in working with young children.  Every child is unique and has their own strengths and challenges, and it is important to take the time to understand their individual needs and adjust the teaching approach accordingly.

I have also developed a greater appreciation for the importance of planning and organization in creating a successful learning environment.  From developing lesson plans to managing classroom routines and schedules, I learned how to create a structured and predictable environment that supports children's learning and development.

Overall, my internship in a kindergarten was a formative and valuable experience that helped me to develop a range of skills and competencies that will benefit me in my future career.  I am excited to continue building on these experiences as I pursue my career in special child care and inclusive education.
